How We Work
We provide weekly 1:1 coaching sessions where the dentist and coach agree on priorities for the coming week that are consistent with achieving a 90-day Plan. The dentist is then held accountable for completing those agreed-to items.
These goals and objectives are developed after a thorough analysis is made of the Practice. This analysis consists of an in-depth assessment of:
- Marketing
- Sales
- Patient care (customer service)
- Business systems
- Profit margins
- Financial management
- Human Resources
- Leadership
- Work/Life balance
Our coaching is predicated on two fundamental assumptions:
- The effectiveness of the practice cannot exceed the effectiveness of the dentist as a CEO.
- Your practice is a means to an end. It should serve you.
