How We Work

We provide weekly 1:1 coaching sessions where the dentist and coach agree on priorities for the coming week that are consistent with achieving a 90-day Plan. The dentist is then held accountable for completing those agreed-to items.

Goals and objectives are developed after a thorough analysis is made of the Practice. This analysis consists of an in-depth assessment of:

  • Marketing
  • Sales
  • Patient care (customer service)
  • Business systems
  • Profit margins
  • Financial management
  • Human Resources
  • Leadership
  • Work/Life balance

Our coaching is predicated on two fundamental assumptions:

  1. The effectiveness of the practice cannot exceed the effectiveness of the dentist as a CEO.
  2. Your practice is a means to an end. It should serve you.
