I feel that I should not be rewarded financially until or unless client dentists achieve increased financial success. In this “pay-for-performance” model I have a modest, on-going, minimum base-line monthly fee but my “real” services fee is predicated on the incremental net income that you and achieve together. I think that you should pay for results only; you should not pay simply for my reputation or because I was able to help someone else. Initially my services cost less than a very part-time, minimum-wage employee.
